HOW DOES A PRE-ORDER WORK?

At Kaleido Kloset, pre-ordering is simple! Once a new collection is announced, you can place your order in advance, securing your favorite pieces before they're officially released. Pre-orders are accepted through our website. You'll receive a confirmation, and your items will be shipped out as soon as they become available, ensuring you're among the first to flaunt our latest styles!

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our oversized T-shirts boast a sturdy 240 GSM, crafted from 100% super-combed cotton, featuring a flattering ribbed neckline, reinforced double-stitched seams and collar, along with bio-washed, pre-shrunk fabric. This fabric is not only high-quality but also durable, offering a comfortable and substantial feel due to its thickness.

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER STATUS?

Your order will been confirmed with a 4 digit order number (Eg: #KK1001). We process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from receipt, and you would receive an email from us with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Please do check your spam folder in case our email gets redirected there.

I AM UNABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is confirmed with an Order Number, cancellation is not possible. We aim to fulfill orders promptly. However, modifications for size or product are allowed while the order is in 'Unfulfilled' status. Please email support@kaleidokloset.com immediately with your order number and requested changes. Changes cannot be made once AWB is printed.

CAN I UPDATE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Changes to the delivery address are allowed if the order is in the "Unfulfilled" status. Once the AWB is generated, modifications cannot be made. For changes, email support@kaleidokloset.com promptly with your order number and requested modifications. Our team will be happy to assist you.

WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT I WISH TO ORDER BE BACK IN STOCK?

At Kaleido Kloset, we are committed to offering our customers exceptional and distinctive designs that set them apart. Once a design or size is sold out, it won't be restocked. This decision guarantees our customers the exclusivity of our brand, encouraging anticipation for our upcoming releases.

I WON’T BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can receive your order. In case no one is available, our couriers will attempt delivery two more times before it's Returned to Origin (RTO). To prevent RTO, kindly inform us at support@kaleidokloset.com, and we will hold the shipment until you are available.

I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Kindly email support@kaleidokloset.com with your order number and photos showcasing the defects. After confirmation, our team will notify you via email that the product will be returned to the warehouse, and a replacement will be shipped to you.
